Z2DZ--Network (VISN) 17 Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Site Prep

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR A FIRM FIXED PRICE SITE PREP CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENT IDIQ TYPE CONTRACT.

Veterans Integrated Service Network 17 (VISN 17) is procuring Construction services from construction firms capable of providing construction services on an as-needed basis for high-tech, high-cost medical equipment site preparation. This requirement will be a multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.

The contractor shall provide all construction services necessary to prepare a site for installation of high-tech, high-cost medical equipment. Site preparation construction shall be in close adherence with equipment manufacturer’s installation specifications, shop drawings, and instructions.

The anticipated IDIQ contract(s) will consist of a base period of one (1) year from the date of award and four (4) one-year option periods. The magnitude of construction is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000.

The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 238390 – Other Building Finishing Contractors. The US Small Business Administration Size Standard is $19 Million.

A site visit is scheduled for January 7, at 09:30 AM (CT) for the seed project. Meet at Bldg 46E, Olin Teague VA, Temple TX. (See FAR Clause 52.236-27) for address.
