NLETS is a secure information-sharing system used by local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies to communicate and exchange data. It operates an international network accessible to all criminal justice agencies.
This service has been deemed a sole source purchase because no other public, private, or governmental entity in the United States provides this capability.
