Description
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Human Foods Program (HFP), Office of Chemistry and Toxicology (OCT), Division of Analytical Chemistry (DAC), has a requirement for a benchtop, unit mass resolution single quadrupole mass spectrometer system, including delivery, installation, training, and warranty support.
The system will integrate with the existing Thermo Scientific ICS-5000+ ion chromatograph and will support method development and validation for food additive analysis. Optional CLINs are included for a replacement ion chromatograph system.
The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract.

Delivery Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET, excluding Federal holidays.
Period of Performance
Delivery and installation shall be completed within sixty (60) calendar days after award.
The warranty period shall be one (1) year beginning upon Government acceptance.

Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
