AVENUE”, East Moline, Illinois, Job Number PM-D-2026-001 and is further described as demolition and clearing of buildings (residence and garage), foundation, if any, and all debris located at 1234 15

Avenue, East Moline, in Rock Island County, Illinois and legally described as Lot 4 Block 152 Town of East Moline Ex N 32 Ft of W 10 Ft in the TOWN OF EAST MOLINE, now City of East Moline; situated in the County of Rock Island, the State of Illinois, Parcel 08-25-405-004, together with sand and soil fills, grading, seeding, and all work necessary to complete the project by October 1

, 2026. The City of East Moline will be responsible for the asbestos inspection and removal of any asbestos found in said building.
Method of Payment: The Owner will make payment to the Contractor within 30 days after the completion and acceptance of the work. Payment will be made from existing funds of the City of East Moline, Illinois.

Avenue, East Moline, Illinois, upon registration of the person, company, or corporation. All proposals must be accompanied by a bank cashier’s check or bid bond for not less ten (10) percent of the amount of the bid.
Rejection of Bids: The Owner may reject any or all proposals of persons, companies, or corporations who had not registered for plans and specifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities.
Performance Bond & Certificate of Insurance: The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance bond in the sum of the full amount of the contract and a certificate of insurance.
