Description

The purpose of this requirement is to provide Gas Detection System Maintenance at the NIST Gaithersburg Campus located in Gaithersburg, MD. Please review the Solicitation attachment for details.



The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies (including certified calibration gas bottles), transportation, insurance and equipment (including a 30-foot manlift) to service and calibrate the NIST building 302 three (3) Carbon Monoxide (CO), four (4) Natural Gas (Combustible), three (3) Oxygen depletion, and thirty (30) 134a Refrigerant sensors and transmitters, and service two (2) Gas Control (Monitoring) panels.



Please reference Attachments 1 through 5 for drawings and manuals that provide the type and approximate location of all the sensors and transmitters, as well as service and calibration information.
