The Town of Natick, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Town”) invites the submission of sealed bids for elevator maintenance/testing services in the Town of Natick. (noon) local time, Friday, beginning on February 26, 2025. Please do not request documents prior to that date/time.  Please request during the above specified business hours only. Sealed Bids will be received until 9:00 A.M. local time, March 13, 2025, at Natick Public Works Building, 75 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, at which time and place all bids will be opened in the presence of a witness and read.  Bid opening will be viewable online, on ZOOM, at the following web address:

If the Procurement Office within DPW is closed due to weather or other emergency, the deadline for receipt of bids shall be extended until 9:00 A.M. on the next business day that the Procurement Office is open. All Bids shall comply with the IFB issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Bidders, and Bid Submission Requirements. The Town reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any, any part of, or all Bids in the best interest of the Town.
