This Request for Quotes is issued by George Washington Regional Commission (âOwnerâ) to obtain quotes from pre-qualified and experienced contractors to repair a residential conventional septic sewage disposal system as described in the Scope of Work and Virginia department of Health Permit 099-25-0116-SR outlined below.All vendors shall be properly licensed by the Commonwealth of VA. All vendor site supervisors assigned to this project shall have a minimum of 3 yearsâ experience in similar work.
