Invitation to Submit Proposals: Love Local Technical Assistance Workshops

The City of Citrus Heights (“City”) invites proposals from qualified firms, consultants, nonprofit partners, and training providers to design and deliver a turnkey small business technical assistance workshop series. This program will support local entrepreneurs and small businesses through practical, hands-on learning opportunities focused on social media marketing strategy and implementation.

The selected provider will develop and facilitate an engaging workshop series that equips participants with actionable tools, skills, and follow-up resources they can immediately apply to grow their businesses.

This solicitation is intended to explore potential costs and deliverable formats. The City reserves the right to adjust the project scope based on proposal evaluations, funding availability, and overall project needs.
