Project Description: A mandatory Pre-bid walk-through will be held on September 25th, 2025, at 1270 Gramercy, Ogden, Utah, at 10:00 am. Attendance at the bid walk is mandatory to qualify contractors to bid on this project.
Gramercy Elementary Building Demolition
Complete building demolition and removal of all debris, including footings and foundation, concrete, and asphalt identified in this document. Complete site demolition is identified on the drawings in this bid packet.
Backfill with clean fill dirt to 6” below grade. Crushed concrete is to be used as backfill material for the remaining 6” to grade for weed control.
Cap all utilities inside the property line. Ogden City Water/ UDOT may require the domestic water line to be terminated at the shut-off valve in the street. The contractor will need to obtain a permit through Ogden City/UDOT for this line kill and include pricing in the bid.
The contractor shall be awarded all salvage rights after the Ogden School District has removed items they deem useful. Salvage rights include all building materials.
Contractor is to include an allowance to replace a section of 30” irrigation pipe that is routed under the south end of the building. This may be damaged during demolition. Please reference the drawings included in this bid packet

Will also be fully informed as to all existing conditions and limitations, and shall include in the bid the cost of all items associated with this project.
