The City is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide booking, contracting, receiving marketing materials (bio, photo), advancing (stage plot, sound system, load-in/-out), artist communications, artist relations (on-site check-in/-out, payments, and stage management) for the City of Redmond’s Derby Days, held Friday July 11 and Saturday, July 12, 2025.
