62 Pa.C.S. ยง 106.1 establishes public access requirements. This provision requires that a written determination authorizing an emergency procurement be posted in advance, if feasible, but not later than seven (7) calendar days after authorization. Emergency Procurement certifications must be posted for 30 days following approval.
