Contractors are invited to bid on the for Ethan Allen Air Force Base (EAAFB) Green Mountain Armory (GMA) Second Floor Northeast Sustainment at Camp Johnson in Colchester, Vermont. 789 National Guard Road, Colchester, VT 05446
This project consists of, but is not limited to interior renovations and HVAC upgrades to the northeast portion of the Green Mountain Armory’s second floor.

Site Visit:	Date: 8/14/2025 10:00:00 AM	Mandatory Site Visit
There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the site on August 14th, 2025 at 10:00 AM. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. The pre-bid meeting will be at 789 National Guard Road, Colchester, VT 05446.
