The Town of Natick, Natick Town Hall, 13 East Central Street, Natick, MA 01760 (“the Town”), acting through the Natick Town Administrator, invites the submission of sealed bids for repair services to the Natick Town Gazebo. The Invitation for Bids (“IFB”) may be obtained from the Procurement Office, c/o Natick Public Works Building, 75 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. local time, Monday through Thursday, and between 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. Please request during regular business hours only, M-R, 8-5; F, 8-12 Noon. Please do not request on the Patriots’ Day Holiday – Monday, April 21, 2025. Town Offices are closed on that day. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference shall be held at the Natick Town Gazabo, Natick Common, Corner of South Main and East Central Streets, at 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday April 23, 2025. Sealed Bids will be received until 09:00 A.M. local time, May 15, 2025, at the Procurement Office, Natick Public Works Building, 75 West Street, Natick, MA 01760, Opening will be viewable on ZOOM at the following site: Join Zoom Meeting https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82854916622 Meeting ID: 828 5491 6622. All Bids shall comply with the IFB issued by the Town of Natick, including, without limitation, Section 1, Instructions to Bidders, and Bid Submission Requirements.
