REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Janitorial Services
Contract Number: 25-20-124
The Township of Lower Merion is seeking proposals from interested companies to provide Janitorial
Services, including cleaning supplies, for fifteen (15) Township-owned facilities for the period of January
1, 2026, through December 31, 2026, with the possibility of extending the contract for three (3) additional

prospective bidders inspect each facility prior to submitting their proposal.

convene at Ludington Library, located at 5 South Bryn Mawr Avenue, Bryn Mawr, PA 19010, at 9:00 am,
after which the group will move to Township-owned facilities from the west to east end of the Township.
Individual facility site visits will not be scheduled.
The complete Request for Proposal may be obtained electronically, at no cost, on the PennBid Bonfire
website.
