JOB: Number 2025-1 DWELLING UNIT RENOVATION/SMOKE ELIMINATION
Notice is hereby given that the Housing Authority of the City of Prescott, Arkansas,
Hereinafter called the “Public Housing Agency”, or the PHA will accept bids on General Contract for Dwelling Renovation/Smoke Elimination Job 2025-1 for 313 Hale Avenue (2) two bedroom units, #61 and #61 in Prescott, Arkansas until 2:30 P.M. on Friday, February 7, 2025 at the office located at 398 Hale Avenue, Prescott, Arkansas at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
Copies of bidding documents may be obtained by calling the PHA at 870-887-3718, obtained in person from our office located at 398 Hale Avenue, or writing to the PHA at P.O. Box 119, Prescott, Arkansas. 71857.
