BID- Hartshorn Park and Boat Launch Improvements

The City of Muskegon is requesting Bids for the construction of Hartshorn Park and Boat Launch Improvements. Bids for the construction of the project will be received at the City Hall located at 933 Terrace Street, Muskegon, MI 49440, until 2:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, February 26th. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

This project includes approximately 600 linear feet of boardwalk seawall capping, approximately 4,400 square feet of colored concrete, installation of an ADA ramp and ADA parking spaces, site grading and dune grass restoration, and installation of surface mounted benches.

Prospective Bidders may request the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. The Issuing Office of the Bidding Documents is: Fleis & VandenBrink, 316 Morris Avenue #230, Muskegon, MI 49440, email: bidroom@fveng.com. For questions regarding this project, please contact call 616-977-1000. Bidding Documents will be emailed in portable document format (PDF) at no charge; hard copy documents are not available. Non-biddable documents may be viewed in the on-line Bid Room at www.fveng.com .

The date the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents.

A pre-bid conference will not be held.

The City of Muskegon reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Muskegon.
