Sources Sought Notice
This is a Sources Sought Notice only. Please read all details carefully.
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this potential requirement for providing Lead-Based Paint (LBP) Evaluation Services in support of HUD-owned single family properties located throughout the United States, Guam, and the Northern Mariana Islands. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541620 – Environmental Consulting Services. See attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for further details.
There is no solicitation at this time. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. This notice does not constitute a promise to issue a solicitation in the future.
RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS:
Interested parties that consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by January 10, 2025.
