Notice: The State of South Carolina intends to enter into a cooperative purchasing agreement with NASPO ValuePoint for Business Consulting Services.

As such, The State of New York is leading a multi-state effort to undertake the procurement process described below, in coordination with the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO). NASPO ValuePoint which is a cooperative purchasing program of all 50 states, the District of Columbia and the territories of the United States. This multi-state group, led by the State of New York, has a requirement for Business Consulting Services. In accordance with State procurement practices, the State of New York is hereby announcing the publication of RFP No. 23420 for the purchase of the aforementioned goods.
