Site Tour and Q&A Session
There is a mandatory site tour on December 1, 2025 at 1pm at the TraPac facility. To RSVP, contractors should send the following information to EPAGrant-LosAngeles@trapac.com:
❑ Name of your firm ❑ Name(s) of up to two employees at your firm who will be attending the site tour and a description of their TWIC card status (e.g. one employee has a TWIC card) ❑ Contact phone number ❑ Contact e-mail Additionally, a mandatory Q&A session is scheduled for December 1, 2025 at 2:30pm. Contractors that attend the in-person site tour may join TraPac in a conference room at the TraPac facility for Q&A session. Contractors may also participate in the Q&A session remotely. Please use the registration link to sign up for the Q&A session.
