10 ABW Community Chapel Support Services

Amendment 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to provide notification the protest has been dismissed. The requirement is planned to be resolicited when funds are available through continuing resolution. Funds are not currently available. Updates will be posted on sam.gov when resolicited under the soliciation.

Amendment 0003: The purpose of this amendment is to change the NAICS to 813110, Religious Organizations, with a size standard of $13 million.

Amendment 0002: 10 CONS hereby notifies all currently known parties, all prospective offerors, and other persons that an appeal of the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code designated in the solicitation has been filed. Interested parties should see the attached notice and order for further information. This soliciation is placed on hold until further notices and no quotes are being accepted.

Amendment 0001: Respond to vendor's question and Phase In is changed to 9-20 December 2024.

The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for a non-personnel services contract to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform the Chapel Support Services for the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA) 10th Air Base Wing Chapel as defined in Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) 10ABW Chapel Support Services.

Period of Performance:

Service shall be performed at USAFA IAW the Period of Performance (PoP). The period of performance is an estimated start date. The PoP consist of a transitioning period, 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and a 6-month extension.
