The State of Minnesota, MNIT Services at the Dept. of Corrections (DOC) intends to renew and expand an existing agreement with IXL Learning Inc:. The agreement provides software licensing, maintenance and support related to DOC's IXL subscription, which provides online educational programing and analytics. This contract is for up to a 12 month term.
Because lXL Learning Inc. retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required licensing, maintenance, updates and patches, this has been deemed a single source purchase. The State believes these
products/services are not provided through a 3rd party vendor.
