Conference Room Furniture - Region 9

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of procuring office furniture located in Oakland, CA in support of Regional Watch Center Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and FAR 15 Contracting by Negotiation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The solicitation number for this requirement is 70FBR925Q00000029, which must be referenced on all quotation documents submitted in response to this solicitation. This solicitation is being issued for a request for quotes (RFQ) for Small Business contractors. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05, effective August 07, 2025. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 449110 – Furniture Retailer.

Site Visits: Contact Robert Moore at 202-538-2815 to schedule a site visit. Visits must be performed no later than Monday, August 18, 2025.

The contract period of performance is 45 days from the date of award.

This solicitation requires an active registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be considered for award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.

Photographs and Specifications:

Offerors shall submit a photograph and product specifications for each piece of office furniture proposed. At a minimum, each submission shall identify the manufacturer, model number, dimensions, material/finish, and color. Photos must clearly depict the exact item being proposed.

Please provide the complete price breakdown in accordance with the Statement of Work.
