Description: Baruch College of The City University of New York (“College”) seeks to procure a contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform repair services as detailed herein. The scope of work includes labor for repairs, supply of parts, materials, and related equipment. Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this advertisement (including without limitation, any attached specifications and any other terms and conditions attached hereto or incorporated herein by reference) and by the University's standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions and Appendix A, Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts which are incorporated herein by reference with the same effect as it is written. IMPORTANT DATES: MANDATORY SITE VISIT: Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM (135 E 22 nd Street, NY NY 10010 MAIN LOBBY) QUESTIONS DUE DATE: Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Email all questions to Devon.hariprashad@baruch.cuny.edu on or before the due date and time (Phone inquiries will not be accepted.) RFQ DUE DATE: Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Vendor MUST complete the RFQ Form and submit via email ( devon.hariprashad@baruch.cuny.edu ) with all supporting documentation applicable to the College RFQ Administrator. THE RESTRICTED PERIOD HAS BEGUN. The Procurement Lobbying Act (PLA) Applies to this Solicitation. The restricted period began with the publication of this ad.
