The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide comprehensive training and capacity-building services for Operation STOP, aimed at addressing the opioid crisis in Newport News, particularly within Black communities. Services include professional development, information dissemination, and wraparound support for community-based organizations.
