The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) is seeking proposals for a management consultancy group to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the current format and content of CPSA’s Accreditation Standards, to provide recommendations for their improvement, and to develop and deliver training to the Accreditation Department team members, contracted assessors, and its committees, on how to improve writing of standards, as well applying them within an audit framework. The focus of the work will be on assessing the complexity, length, relevance, comprehensibility, and accessibility of the standards for end-users.
