2026 Water System Improvements - Valve Replacements
Bids for the construction of the 2026 Water System Improvements - Valve Replacements will be
received by the City of Richland at Richland City Hall located at 380 Scarbrough Street, Richland, MS
39218 or electronically at www.engserviceplans.com until 10:00 p.m. local time on May 21, 2026, at
which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work:
Rehabilitating 4 pressure reducing valves and installing 5 pressure reducing valves with enclosures.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following website:
www.engserviceplans.com. Bidding Documents may be viewed, purchased, and submitted
electronically via the designated website. The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of
registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All
official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated
website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if
any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained by paying a non-refundable deposit for each
set.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through
Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
