Reverse Auction - CSI-2504; Sale of Used 2010 Nissan Altima
Description:

The City University of New York (“CUNY”) is requesting sealed bids in response to this Invitation for Bids public solicitation (“IFB”) for the sale of one (1) used 2010 Nissan Altima Hybrid, VIN 1N4CL2AP3AC139637, which is described in greater detail under Appendix 1 (the “Equipment”) Please note that defined terms may be used before being defined in the IFB.

This is a re-solicitation of CSI-2504. Please note the terms have changed, so respondents are advised to review the amended package closely prior to submitting a response.

The College shall evaluate proposals to determine the proposal that provides the best value to the College in accordance with Exhibit A.

Inspection. Bidders may inspect the Equipment on the following date and time: 6/4/25 at 11:00am at the CUNY College of Staten Island located at 2800 Victory Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10314. Interested Buyers are required to notify the Designated Contact by 5:00pm on 6/3/25 of their intent to attend the inspection. Failure to inspect the Equipment does not constitute grounds for the withdrawal of a Bid Submission after opening.

Questions. Any questions regarding this IFB must be made in writing by letter or email to the attention of Mark Zilberg, (the “Designated Contact”) located at 2800 Victory Boulevard, Staten Island, NY 10314 Mark.Zilberg@csi.cuny.edu. All questions must be received by the Designated Contact no later than 5:00pm on 8/22/25 (the “Questions Deadline”).

Submission. All Bid Submissions must be made on the official Bid Form provided as Exhibit A of this IFB and must be submitted in a sealed envelope on or before 9/3/25 at 12:00pm, to The College of Staten Island, 2800 Victory Boulevard, Building 3A Room 102, Staten Island, NY 10314, Attention: Mark Zilberg, Purchasing Agent.
