Software and Implementation Services for a Community Development Software Systems Environment RFP

Project Description: This Request for Proposal (RFP) is intended to solicit information from qualified vendors and serve as the basis to negotiate for software and consulting services to implement a new software systems environment capable of satisfying the City of Herriman’s needs. It is the intent to eventually award a contract for software and professional services to implement a Community Development (CD) system. City staff have familiarity with several different systems but desire to find the solution that works best for the City of Herriman. Proposers’ responses will be evaluated and ranked based on the criteria described in this RFP and interviews with those vendors selected by the City’s evaluation committee. If, in the team’s opinion, a system(s) is available that meets the City’s needs, the City may enter into contract discussions with the selected proposer. In addition to soliciting written responses, this document provides information to assist proposers in preparing their responses.
