Project Management Software Platform

Project Description: This Request for Information (RFI) is for information-gathering only and does not obligate Chatham County to any procurement or contractual action. Responses are not required to bid on any future RFP. Chatham County reserves the right to modify or withdraw this request at any time. The Chatham County Project Management Office (PMO) is seeking information from qualified vendors on Project Management Software (PMS) platforms that can support the County’s enterprise-wide project tracking, collaboration, reporting, and portfolio oversight needs. This Request for Information (RFI) is for informational purposes only and is intended to guide the development of a formal Request for Proposal (RFP). The desired solution will support program-level visibility, individual task accountability, interdepartmental collaboration, and executive-level dashboards across multiple teams and initiatives. This platform will be used not only by the PMO but also by other departments such as Information and Communications Services (ICS), Engineering, and the Chatham Emergency Management Agency (CEMA), ensuring consistency and collaboration across the enterprise. The system should support all forms of project management methodologies, including traditional, agile, hybrid, and custom workflows.
