REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY – This RFI is issued solely for market research, information, and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Quote (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFP/RFQ in the future. Solicitations are not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP/RFQ, if any is issued.
The US Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) Edgewood Contracting Division (ECD) is exploring options for a replacement Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) for the National Guard Bureau’s (NGB) Analytical Laboratory Suite Modified Work Order (ALS-MWO). Technical requirements for the UPS are listed in the below table for reference. The purpose of the UPS is to provide clean uninterrupted power for dedicated laboratory equipment inside the mobile lab in case of loss of shore or generator power. The UPS must be available to purchase by NGB to replace legacy units and future failures.

Respondents shall not be obligated to provide any supplies/services described herein, and it is understood by the United States Government that any cost estimates provided as a result of this request are Rough order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates for market research purposes only and do not constitute a formal proposal/quote.
The response deadline for this market research is no later than 5pm ET Wednesday, November 20th, 2024.
