Performing Arts/Entertainment Facility Management and Promotion

Iowa State University is seeking proposals from qualified entities to book, promote and manage events in the performing arts and entertainment venues of the Iowa State Center (Stephens Auditorium and the Sukup Cylo (to be constructed open air amphitheater) and concert/event programming in Hilton Coliseum and Jack Trice Stadium (as allowed by Iowa State Sports' schedules).

The scope of the contract may include:

Booking/Programming of all events for Stephens Auditorium

Booking/Programming for the soon to be constructed Cylo amphitheater

Concert, comedian, and entertainer programming at Hilton Coliseum and Jack Trice Stadium (as allowed by Iowa State scheduling)

Coordination of event marketing and promotion, ticketing, and booking

Expertise and input on the design and improvements to Stephens Auditorium

Expertise and input on the design of an amphitheater to be constructed near the Iowa State Center.

Collaborate with ISU's CyTown developer (Goldenrod Companies) https://goldenrodcompanies.com/

Theatrical production staffing support for Iowa State (upon request)

Iowa State University (ISU) may elect to provide the following services in these venues:

Event management

Event staffing

Event production

On-Site ticketing support

Concessions/Food Service

Bidders may propose to provide any of the services listed above.

ISU could contract with a company beginning as early as July 1 of 2025. ISU does have extension options with the current provider .
