Freeman Creek Lift Station Improvements

Sealed bids for construction of the Freeman Creek Lift Station Improvements will be received until the closing time of May 6, 2025 at 3:00 PM local time. Bids must be submitted by the Bidder electronically through QuestCDN.com. No paper submissions will be accepted. Any bid received after the bid closing time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days except as specifically provided in the Instructions to Bidders and/or by State law. Base Cost of all Bids will be posted by the Owner/Engineer to the QuestCDN website within approximately 30 minutes after the bid closing time. The work to be completed shall consist of furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the Freeman Creek Lift Station Improvement shown on the Drawings and as specified herein, including, but not limited to, mobilization/demobilization, bonds, insurance, pump installation, control panel installation, pipe preparation and coating, generator, gauges, grading, SCADA, crane, concrete, soil erosion and sediment control and grassing at the lift station site, construction exit, electrical, mechanical, painting and other appurtenances necessary to provide a complete and working installation. Time allotted for completion of work is 90 consecutive calendar days. All Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The Work will be awarded in one (1) Contract. Bidders can download the digital documents for a fee of $100 payable through the website. Bids must be submitted electronically at QuestCDN.com. There will be an additional $42.00 bid submittal fee.
