Bid Type: Letter of Interest Locations: Chittenden Keywords: Architect and Engineering (Non-Building), Engineering , Construction (Non Building), Construction Management Bid Description: The Vermont Agency of Transportation (VTrans), on behalf of the Cities of Burlington and Winooski, is requesting Letter of Interest (LOI) submissions from entities (Interested Parties) interested in becoming shortlisted to participate in the Design-Build Request for Proposal (RFP) Process for the Burlington-Winooski BF RAIZ(2) & Burlington STP 5000(29) projects, and related ancillary projects identified in Section II. Only those Interested Parties who have become shortlisted will be eligible to submit a proposal in response to the RFP. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL NOTIFICATIONS, RELEASES, AND ADDENDA ASSOCIATED WITH THIS REQUEST FOR LETTER OF INTEREST (RLOI) WILL BE POSTED AT: https://vtrans.vermont.gov/contract-admin/bids-requests/design-build PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ALL NOTIFICATIONS, RELEASES, AND ADDENDA ASSOCIATED WITH THIS REQUEST FOR LETTER OF INTEREST (RLOI) WILL BE POSTED AT: https://vtrans.vermont.gov/contract-admin/bids-requests/design-build The State will make no attempt to contact Interested Parties with updated information. It is the responsibility of each Party to periodically check the above webpage for any and all notifications, releases, and addendums associated with this RLOI. The Point of Contact (POC) for VTrans is the sole individual authorized to discuss this Project and the RLOI, and will only communicate with the Authorized Representative of the Party. All communications with VTrans' POC regarding this Project must be in writing via email.
