NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

RFP No. 25252048 – Eminent Domain Appraisal Review Services for Seward Hwy MP25.5-36 Trail River to Sterling Wye Rehab

The Contractor shall provide to DOT&PF formal, desk review of eminent domain appraisals; perform spot checks of all Waiver Valuations; and provide desk review of Pink Sheets as needed for several parcels as identified in the attached proposal and accompanying bid sheet. This work must comply with the 49 CFR Part 24 (Uniform Act) and the Alaska Right-of-Way Manual.

A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package.  Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately May 2025 to June 2027.  Cost of these professional services is between $150,000 and $200,000.

Proposals must conform to the RFP and be submitted with specified forms.  Submittals must be received no later than April 23, 2025 prior to 4:00 p.m. prevailing time.
