The City of Fredericksburg (City) is soliciting proposals for Engineering services in the evaluation of four (4) pedestrian bridges that cross the Rappahannock Canal and connect to the Rappahannock Canal Path. Following the evaluations, the Offeror will perform an evaluation of each structure and develop designs, specifications, and estimates for the repair or replacement of each bridge and its abutments to be used in the solicitation of bids for thework to be done on each structure. Designs will include ADA compliance if determined necessary. The Offeror may also be requested to assist in the evaluation of bids submitted forconstruction and provide engineering support during construction.
