Sealed bids will be received by the City of Manhattan, Kansas, at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until
3:00 P.M.,
on January 28, 2025,
(addendum 2) 2:00 P.M., on February 6, 2025, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after said time will be returned to the bidder unopened. These bids will be for the furnishing of all labor and materials, and performing all the Work in accordance with the drawings and specifications for:

The term for the Mowing & Landscape Maintenance Services for City Facilities runs from March 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. The Parties may agree to extend the Contract Agreement for no more than four (4) one-year Extended Terms.
