RFB 2025-37 Board of Elections HVAC Piping Upgrade- REBID
Description:
Provide and install mechanical piping and modifications to exisiting HVAC
system extending from the basement Mechanical Room to the Board of
Elections offices on level 1. Work includes ceiling access/reinstallation, wall
chase access/patching/painting, and fire rated penetration assemblies where
applicable. The Provisions of the Contract, including Special and General
Conditions, and Division 1 Specification Sections apply to the work of all
Prime Contracts.
