FY-25-26-09 SCHMIDT HVAC Systems Upgrade
Reading Area Community College (RACC) is seeking bids from qualified vendors for HVAC Upgrades .The project consists of a comprehensive upgrade and modernization of the building’s HVAC systems, including: Air handling units (AHUs)Condensing units, VAV boxes and associated ductwork/piping, Existing controls and select mechanical/electrical components, Updated building automation system (BAS) controls, Mechanical, electrical, and structural modifications required to support new systems, including: Roof structural supports (dunnage) for equipment, Electrical power distribution and panel updates, Integration with existing campus control systems.
