Deliveries shall be F.O.B Destination.
All poles need to be delivered to 3540 South Expressway, Council Bluffs, IA .
One contract will be awarded for all items. All items are tied.
Contract Award
It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible contractor whose submitted quote is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. Other factors may also include a comprehensive review of bidders past work performance, and work capacity.
Inspection By DOT
A specified DOT representative shall be contacted by the awarded bidder to arrange for inspections of each order prior to shipment unless otherwise specified by specified DOT inspection representative. Further information will be provided to the awarded bidder.
Sales tax exempt.
