Flight Suits NAVAIR

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville, FL, intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on or about June 30, 2025 for DRIFIRE FORETREX Flight Suits for the Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM)-41, Naval Air Station North Island, San Diego, CA.

The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The RFQ will result in the award of a firm-fixed price supply purchase order with a delivery date on or before 18 Aug 25.

The requirement is for the brand name DRIFIRE FORETREX Flight Suit Jackets and Pants for men and women – quantities, part numbers, and sizes will be spelled out in the Description of Requirement (DOR). Quoters must provide proof they are an authorized vendor of DRIFIRE. J&A will be posted with the solicitation.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 315210 with a small business size standard of 750 employees.

This will also be a Government Purchase Card (GPC) procurement. Vendors shall accept the GPC as the form of payment. You may not use any third-party entities such as PayPal, Venmo, Square or other types of applications to accept Government payments.

The RFQ will be available on or about June 30, 2025, via the Governments Point of Entry at https//www.sam.gov (SAM). The RFQ will include instructions for preparations of price quotes, the DOR, and evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to use SAM to download the synopsis, solicitation, amendments, and any attachments. Quoters are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates.

No paper copies of the RFQ, attachments, or amendments will be provided. No solicitation mailing list will be issued. SAM is mandatory and all quoters must be listed as a small business under NAICS Code 315210. Only email requests for clarification to the Contract Specialist are acceptable. No phone call communications or personal office visits with NAVSUP FLC JAX or its internal or external customers regarding issues or questions pertaining to this procurement will be accepted for the duration of the solicitation, evaluation, and award process.
