The Work generally consists of Tyler Elementary HVAC Upgrades. The scope includes demolitionand removal of existing rooftop units (RTUs), curbs (as needed), ductwork, ceiling grid and tiles, and exhaust fans. Thescope includes installation of new replacement RTUs, and curbs or curb adapters as required, one additional RTU for thelobby area, new exhaust fans, diffusers, ceiling grid, and ceiling tiles, new Building Automation System (BAS) controlsthroughout the facility. Cleaning and waxing of affected areas upon completion. The scope includes but is not limited tomasonry, concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and systems demolition and improvements. Equipment and furnishingsindicated shall be provided by the Contractor unless noted otherwise
