Fuel Oil, Heating (Grades #2 Kerosene and Bioheating Fuel) (Statewide)

The purpose of the solicitation and the resultant Contracts is to provide Authorized Users with a means of acquiring various types of Fuel Oil (e.g., Heating Grades #2, Kerosene and Biodiesel) by bulk delivery to Authorized Users’ storage facilities for use by Authorized Users. The awarded product shall be Contractor furnished, delivered, and unloaded as specified herein.

It is the State’s intent to award Contracts by Item to the lowest responsive and responsible Bidders who are able to meet the terms and conditions of Solicitation 23417.

The overall MWBE participation goals are 30% (15% M and 15% W) for this solicitation. Refer to section 6.24 (IV) Contract Goals of the bid solicitation for a complete listing of MWBE participating goals.

Please be sure to work with the NYS OGS Office of Business Diversity for assistance in completing and submitting an MWBE Utilization Plan when required.

There are no SDVOB goals for this Solicitation.
