The APEX Accelerators program was formerly known as the Procurement Technical Assistance Program (opens in new window) (PTAP).
The Federal Election Commission (FEC) is seeking information from qualified, experienced vendors/contractors about securing a commercial vendor to provide access to Amazon Web Services (AWS), through vendor-maintained payer accounts. The FEC has several vendor-managed AWS payer accounts with associated subaccounts. The government may establish additional payer accounts and/or subaccounts. The cloud is the FEC’s default infrastructure and requires a vendor to provide AWS services through a consolidated account and provide detailed billing and usage data.
