NAVMAR Building #221 & #784 Renovation Project

This project generally includes renovation of existing Building # 221 and 784 at Griffiss International Airport. The project will include replacement of building components including interior & exterior renovations. The work includes painting, sanding booth, and shop machining equipment with associated trade utilities, i.e. power, water, compressed air, hvac etc. and construction of a storage mezzanine in the hangar area, and office renovations of building # 221 and 784 to receive new large door replacement with security and break room modifications. The project consists of (4) prime contracts, General, Electrical, MECH/HVAC and Plumb/Fire Sprinkler.
