Project Description: The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of City street approach improvements consisting of PCC and HMA pavement replacement, sign upgrades, site grading, seeding, pavement markings. This requires coordination with CRANDIC Railroad for improvements at one (1) railroad crossing location located at 60th Avenue SW. The Engineer’s opinion of probable cost is $200,000.

Late Start Date:
60th Avenue SW Traffic Control And Detour Shall Be Installed By 6:00 AM On 6/23/25 And Remain In-Place Until Substantial Completion Of The Project Is Achieved.
