The purpose of this posting is to synopsize a proposed contract action. This is for advertisment/displays for the 140th Wing's recruting and retention office who are looking to work with Colorado State University. This is NOT a solicitation but a synopsis of an upcoming solicitation. This is expected to be solicited via electronic transmittal and award would be expected before 30 September 2026. this is subject to avaialbility of funds.
