Summary

St. Louis Development Corporation (SLDC), is soliciting qualifications from firms qualified to provide Marketing and Branding Consulting Services through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ).  SLDC invites firms with expertise and demonstrated experience in formulating and implementing a wide range of marketing, branding, and public relations to submit their qualifications for consideration. Firms are expected to exemplify the integrity of SLDC and the City of St. Louis. Activities may include implementing a strategic communication plan, creative/development of SLDC’s brand, advising on various marketing initiatives, community branding, marketing campaigns, and sponsorship opportunities connected with SLDC assets, events, public services, and programs (the “Services”).

A copy of your response must be received electronically or physically in the offices of the St. Louis Development Corporation by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 2025.
