Carson City Prefabricated Restrooms Buildings Site Work - is
a
Federally Funded
project
The Prefabricated Restroom Project consists of demolition of 3 existing restroom buildings, concrete and paver demo, tree demo, construction staking, survey, foundation pad preparation, aggregate base, PCC concrete sidewalk, water service connections, sanitary sewer connections, cleanouts, irrigation modifications, irrigation controller salvage and reinstall, electrical connections, landscape rehabilitation and all common phases customarily associated with this type of project. The Contractor will be responsible for any required permits, site safety and protection of public from hazards at all times during construction. Existing infrastructure (signage and striping, driveways, curb and gutter, sidewalk, utilities) will be returned to current or better condition.
