COUNTY is soliciting Submittals from firms qualified to provide Outpatient Substance Abuse Counseling and Outpatient Mental Health Counseling. Services include assessments, treatment planning and outpatient service needs. Awards will be based on scoring and the number of providers selected will be based on treatment needed per caseload limits.
