The City of Las Vegas (Owner) hereby invites qualified firms or individuals (Bidders) to submit Bids for the construction of fiber optic communications and associated intelligent transportation system infrastructure for monitoring and management of traffic conditions including removal of pull boxes and interconnect cable, and installation of new conduit, pull boxes, splice vaults, fiber optic cable, splice enclosures with fiber optic splicing, termination assemblies, tracer wire, switches, CCTV cameras with control units and cables and associated trench excavation and backfill, pavement restoration, striping replacement, curb and gutter, sidewalk and sidewalk ramp replacements throughout various roadway corridors in the Northwest portion of Las Vegas including Elkhorn Road from Grand Montecito Parkway to Tenaya Way, Tenaya Way from Elkhorn Road to Farm Road, Buffalo Drive from Elkhorn Road to Grand Teton Drive and Grand Teton Drive from El Capitan Way to Buffalo Drive.
